Direction of Use

When to take: Any time of day. Take at the same time each day for best regularity.

Can be taken with or without food (many prefer after a meal for comfort).

How to take (step-by-step):

Tear open one sachet.
Add the full contents to a glass and mix with 150 ml ambient/cold water.
Stir/ shake until fully dispersed and drink immediately.
Optional: add a few ice cubes for taste. Do not use hot water.

Suggested use:

Maintenance/ wellness: 1 sachet daily.

Extra support: Up to 2 sachets daily (e.g., morning and evening). Do not exceed 2 sachets/ day unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place below 30 °C, away from sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergen & safety advice:

Contains pineapple fibre, acacia gum (Fibregum™), inulin, botanical extracts, digestive enzymes, postbiotics, and kombucha (fermented tea). Do not use if allergic to any listed ingredients.

Hydration matters: Increase daily water intake while using fibre supplements.

Consult your doctor/pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, IBS, swallowing difficulties, or a history of bowel obstruction, or if you experience sudden changes in bowel habits that persist >2 weeks.

Mild gas/bloating can occur early—usually settles as your gut adapts. Reduce dose and titrate up if needed.

Stop use and seek medical attention if you develop severe abdominal pain, persistent constipation/ diarrhoea, or allergic symptoms (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty).
