Shipping Policy

 Effective as of 1st January 2025

 Spectrum Health is committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You may:

  • Click “View your order” in your email, or
  • Visit our [tracking page] to track your shipment directly using the tracking number.

If tracking is unavailable:

  • Contact us at support@spectrumhealth.com.my with your order number.
  • We will assist you within five (5) working days.

 

2. Shipping Within Malaysia

🚚 West Malaysia

  • Free Shipping for all orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days.

 

🚚 East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • RM10 shipping fee for orders below RM80.
  • Free Shipping for orders RM80 and above.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days.
  • ⚠️ Delivery timeframes may be affected during peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional campaigns.

 

3. Shipping to Singapore

We offer international shipping to Singapore:

  • Flat rate: RM20 per order.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days (subject to customs clearance and courier performance).

 

4. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Spectrum Health is not liable for delays caused by customs or regulatory procedures.

 

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempt Policy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the following applies:
    • The customer will bear the cost of redelivery or re-routing.
    • No refunds will be issued for parcels returned due to delivery failure unless the parcel is returned to us in good condition.

 

6. Dispatch & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Expect extended handling or courier delays during peak periods or special promotions.


7. Courier Partners

Spectrum Health works with trusted courier providers. While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics partners.
