Gemedy Bromecap targets whole-body inflammation. Think swollen knees/ ankles, leg puffiness after long days, arthritic stiffness, sprains and overuse muscle soreness.

Each vegetable capsule delivers 2,500 GDU bromelain plus turmeric extract to modulate inflammatory mediators and help the body manage swelling for more comfortable movement.

Direction of Use

When to take: For best systemic support, take on an empty stomach about 30–60 minutes before meals or 2 hours after.

How to take (step-by-step):

Swallow one capsule with a glass of water.

Suggested use:

Acute phase: 2 capsules per day before food.
Maintenance/ wellness: 1 capsule per day before food.

If you miss a dose: Take it when you remember, unless it’s close to your next dose. Do not double up.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place below 30 °C, away from sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergen & safety advice:
Contains bromelain (from pineapple). Do not use if you have a known pineapple allergy.
