Order & Payment Related
It’s super easy! Just head over to our SHOP tab to browse all available items. When you find something you like, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details — no account or registration needed.
We’ve made payment simple and secure. You can choose from:
- Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Online Banking (FPX) – supports all major Malaysian banks
- E-Wallets – including Touch ’n Go, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and DuitNow QR
- Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) – via Grab PayLater and Shopee PayLater
- Manual Bank Transfer (only if selected during checkout; proof of payment required)
Note: Availability of certain payment methods may depend on your region and the current integrations on our platform.
Yes, totally! All transactions are handled securely through our payment gateway, which uses bank-level encryption and follows strict PCI-DSS standards to protect your information.

No worries! First, check your spam or junk folder — it might be hiding there. If there’s still nothing after an hour, contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update it for you. If the parcel’s already been sent, we’re unable to change the address — and any redelivery costs would need to be covered by you.
Sometimes it happens! It could be a network timeout, wrong card info, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try again using a different method, or reach out to us — we’re happy to help.
No hidden fees here! All prices shown on our website already include SST (if applicable). For international orders (like Singapore), any customs duties or import fees will be charged by your local customs office — and are payable by the recipient.
Yes, we do! You can split your payment using:
- Grab PayLater
- Shopee PayLater
Just choose your preferred BNPL method during checkout — approval is subject to your e-wallet provider.
Don’t worry — start by checking your tracking link (we’ve emailed it to you once your order was shipped). If there’s no update after a few working days, just reach out and we’ll help track it down.
Shipping & Delivery Related
We currently deliver to all locations within Malaysia, including West and East Malaysia. We also ship to Singapore.
You can refer to our detailed shipping rates here. Charges may vary depending on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders.
For West Malaysia, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days. For East Malaysia, please allow 5 to 7 working days. Deliveries to Singapore usually take between 5 to 10 working days. Timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons or promotional campaigns.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll send a separate email with your tracking number and estimated dispatch date.
If you don’t receive any emails from us, it’s possible they were flagged as spam or that there was a typo in the email address provided at checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder and mark our emails as safe. If you still can’t find anything, email us at support@spectrumhealth.com.my with your order details and we’ll check for you.
Once your tracking number is issued, you can monitor your parcel by clicking the “View Your Order” link in your shipping email, or through the courier’s tracking page. If you’re facing trouble tracking, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Please contact us immediately if you notice a mistake in your shipping details. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help correct it. However, once the parcel is dispatched, we’re unable to redirect it, and Spectrum Health cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, we recommend first contacting your local courier or postal service and lodging a delivery inquiry with them.
Please note that Spectrum Health is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier. We are unable to issue refunds for parcels confirmed delivered to the provided address.
We’re really sorry this happened! We take product quality seriously. If you received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email us at support@spectrumhealth.com.my with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange an exchange for the same item as soon as possible.
